LS onramp Drop it like its Squat



CFD Lincoln Square Group On-ramp:    We are currently taking  up to 12 athletes per onramp.  Each small group onramp will start every 3-4 weeks.  These onramps run for 9 sessions meeting every Monday/Wednesday at 7:30pm and Saturday at 10am.  Each session is about 75 minutes long.

Our Next Small Group Onramp:  June 13th, 2016. Open for registration.

Current CrossFitter

 We are currently accepting athletes with CrossFit experience.  We only ask that you have completed an onramp or fundamentals program at another box.  

 We understand finding a new CrossFit home is a hard and very important decision.  Finding the right fit is paramount to your success and enjoyment with our program.  Trying out a class or two in order to make that decision is always available to you.
